Keystone was the first to grow onions in Peru and import them into the United States! We have expanded our grower base in Peru over the last several decades and we have multiple growers in multiple regions to allow us to produce a consistently sweet onion for many months of the year! We also import Mayan Sweets from Mexico, working with growers that have over 100 years of growing experience combined. All Mayan Sweets growers choose varieties that produce historically sweet onions.
