Ingredients
2 Sweet Onions, sliced4oz. Cream Cheese1/2C Mayonaise1/2C Sour Cream1 Clove Garlic, mincedSalt and Pepper, to tasteCayenne, to taste
Preparation
Saute onion 8-10 minutes on medium-high heat to lightly caramelize, add garlic and cool. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
